Every time the assistant does something for you: suggesting a reply, summarising, drafting a task or sorting an email. Professional includes 2,000 actions per user per month (200 a day), plenty for daily use.
Yes. As an owner or admin, you change plans yourself in your organisation’s settings, under Billing. An upgrade takes effect straight away and is prorated. A move to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly, takes effect on your next billing date.
By card or another method through Stripe. In your customer portal you find your invoices and update your payment method and VAT number yourself.
No. You can also create cases yourself, for example after a phone call. If you do connect a mailbox, every email becomes a case on its own. Microsoft 365 or IMAP, both work.
In the EU: servers, backups and error monitoring. AI is off by default. If you turn it on, the model runs in the EU and your text is not stored. The request to the model does go through OpenRouter in the US, as our list of subprocessors states.
